A pure electric vehicle power battery customer requires the battery box to be sealed and waterproof to prevent water from entering and causing circuit short circuits due to its battery pack output voltage of over 200V. The protection level of the battery box is required to reach IP67. According to the application environment of the product, customers have the following performance requirements for sealed products:

1. The product performance of the sealing ring is stable at different temperatures;

2. Has excellent waterproof and airtight properties, and does not allow water to enter the product after being submerged in water;

3. Long term compression loss is small, and it has a certain ability to resist compression deformation;

4. Has excellent flame retardant properties to cope with the heat generated during operation and possible thermal runaway;

5. The sealing ring must match well with the shell and have a low closing force to prevent bending and arching, with different thicknesses and hardness to meet the requirements under different conditions.
